We are excited to announce - the first round of evaluations is now successfully completed! Received proposals were of high quality and Living Buna partners had a tough choice to make.

In total, the panel has narrowed down its selection to 19 prospective proposals. In the next couple of days, Living Buna partners will contact applicants that have qualified, to clarify pending details and agree on the next steps. Based on these discussions, we will finalise the selection process and proceed with grants signing. 

Proposed ideas range from sustainable tourism and awareness to sustainable agriculture and fisheries, and coastal habitat restoration. We look forward to support their realisation, and contribute to making on the ground changes that benefit socio-economic development and ecosystem restoration of the Buna River Velipoja Protected Landscape.
